DR. GO’s APPROACH TO GOOD HEALTH

Dr. Go’s major goals are to help you feel well so you can love life! A healthy body, mind and spirit are key to achieve these goals. Each person experiences conditions/symptoms uniquely and individually which means each person receives a treatment individual to his/her health and personal situation. There is no such thing as a “cookie-cutter” approach when working with people’s health. When assessing one’s health, Dr. Go takes into account all aspects of the person’s life including physical, mental-emotional, genetic, environmental, social, spiritual and other factors that could be influencing his/her health. Disease affects the entire person, not just a specific organ or system. It is important to carefully assess and address one’s genetics, nutritional status, lifestyle, family history, feelings, environmental stresses, and physical health. Using this information, she figures out the root imbalances of a person’s concerns and treats this in order to create a longer-lasting or permanent solution to stop the symptoms from coming back. The body has an innate ability to heal itself and Dr. Go’s job is to help support it in the right direction and speed up the healing process to increase your quality of life.

Teaching people how to live a healthy lifestyle that can be easily incorporated into their everyday routines is a huge passion for Dr. Go. Education empowers people and can make a world of difference in how they feel on a daily basis.

Along with her extensive science background, Dr. Go has a passion for working with people who are seeking to mature and develop in their Christian spiritual life.
