Fees & Payment Options
Most major health insurance carriers provide coverage options for Naturopathic visits. Please check your individual insurance plan details to determine the extent of your coverage. Currently in Ontario, naturopathic medical care is not covered by OHIP.
Payment is required upon receipt of service.
An official receipt will be issued that complies with insurance companies’ requirements for reimbursement.
Payment methods include e-transfer, cheque, visa/mastercard or debit. Debit and etransfer are preferred and appreciated!

All service fees are now exempt from HST as of Feb. 12, 2014. However, all medicines and lab fees remain subject to HST.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give us at least 48 hours notice by calling (519) 265-4825 or email info@gonaturopathichealth.com.
Missed appointments or cancellations made without at least 48 hours notice will be charged the full scheduled appointment fee. The credit card on file will be charged.
